Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We’re unable to ship to other countries at this time.

Shipping rates

Orders of $34.99 or more ship free. Orders under $34.99 ship for a flat rate of $5.75.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Once processed, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the specific item. Some of our products ship from international fulfilment partners, which can mean longer delivery windows than you may be used to with local retailers — we appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Occasionally, customs processing, weather, or carrier delays can extend delivery beyond the estimated window. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
